The Democratic Party of Massac County is a non-profit, progressive, political group proudly committed to supporting Democrat candidates, both locally and on a statewide basis. We are committed to represent the platform of the Illinois Democratic Party by supporting the working people of our County, striving to ensure personal liberties for everyone, and fostering local public awareness of the principles of our State and National organizations to create honest, open, and effective local government.
We are also committed to supporting our community by becoming involved in and/or sponsoring local community events to increase awareness of our group and its values. In this effort, we strive to foster goodwill to help bridge some of the social, economic, and political gaps that exist within our County.
We meet monthly to advance our vision. Our leadership and Precinct Committee people are happy to help you get connected with our group. Meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Please join us to help plan upcoming events and develop strategies for moving our County forward.
